These twelve pages display images that were all captured using an Arca Swiss RM3di technical camera paired with a Leaf Aptus II 33 MP digital back. They are a collection of images that were "birthed" through the photo merge combining of six images, known as "stitching", this occurs during the post capture individual image creation stage. The six images used to create each piece, are all exposed at 50 ISO, they are captured by intentionally moving the Leaf digital back around the image circle of a Schneider Digitar 72mm lens. All of these twelve images were carefully sighted through the Arca Swiss Vario Viewfinder that has a custom mask specially cut out to allow for accurate six image combined framing. I use the RM3di body, with the convenient shift aside Rotaslide back that holds the Leaf Aptus digital back. All of it resting firmly on an Arca Swiss D4m tripod head that's attached to a Gitzo carbon fiber tripod. The Schneider Digitar lens is always set to F 11, which after image testing I found was the proverbial "sweet spot" for the aperture setting on this lens.

The first step upon returning to the studio with my latest image captures, is to process the Aptus II Pro Photo Raw files using Photoshop's Camera Raw file converter "ACR" to open the raw files, "tweak" and then turn them into the 300 DPI Tiff form. Then the six Tiffs that constitute each image are blended together using Photoshop's Photo merge feature. This six image "stitching" method provides me with a 9600x11400 file size, or a 109 MP native image. I then resize it in Photoshop taking it up 191%, thus making it 60X72 inches and 300 DPI . At which point each of those main images are selectively "cropped", pulling out a very carefully chosen 45x60 inch section to build upon. That selected half is then reversed and brought back together with the normal facing half, using Photoshop's layers and the move tool, to carefully align the two half's of the selected image detail, after moving them onto a newly opened 60x90 inch 300 DPI page. Once aligned they are flattened to become a whole 60X90 inch 300 DPI image that's ready for the printing stage.

By concentrating on this kind of image creation, more often than not, it's my personal understanding that the still echoing prehistoric evolutionary "spirit" of our planet's original life infusing biosphere "impulse" becomes revealed. It is as if the all covering "veil" amazingly and to my own perceptions of this reality, is drawn aside. To reveal the intimate connection that all of planetary life has with this ancient evolutionarily impulsed creator. Through this photographic "mirroring" method, the underlying primordial reality which is still buttressing our living planetary cocoon, and therefore it enables present day biosphere life. Issuing forth strange appearing and yet completely recognizable primordial "echo's". These "echoes" exist and are there to help remind us of the ageless "umbilical cord" link, that we all have with the underlying evolutionary reality. This is the absolute truth on our planet, which resides steadfastly within the planet's life generating bio sphere of conscious awareness.

Regrettably for our planet, our early ancestors coalesced around an erroneous spiritual concept. They arrived at an idea that was for the most part a "hoping" interpretation of human spirituality. By coalescing around such a misguided notion, humanity was herded towards an all mythological interpretation of cognizant spirituality. Thus inspiring "off world" residing deities to come into existence in humanities uninformed mind set. These eventually resolved into multiple "God's and Goddesses" in India's Hinduism, with monotheistic visions of a single "God" in Judaism's, Islam's and Christianity's interpretation of aspects divine. Such imaginings were conceived to act as the guiding pillars for human spiritual longing. Admittedly, looking at it from several millennium of hindsight, these off world residing "God and Goddesses" belief systems, ended up being ill conceived constructs, mentally divorced from the actual honest truth of evolutionary reality. Such conceptions drove the tumultuous and indeed blood thirsty path that human spiritual beliefs proceeded down. Sadly they were misaligned spiritual paths, that were cajoled upon human civilization by ancient religiously forceful spiritually twisted sociopath's. The un true premise of these ancient belief systems, always imagined every human concept of "God" residing off this world, in some kind of "heaven, valhalla or paradise", with humanity firmly in charge residing down here on earth. This hollow conception allowed humanity to completely dominate the planet's biosphere, like it has. With time passing humanities commercially impulsed impetus pushed it's way to the forefront of the human greed ideal and proceeded to blindly destroy the planet's biosphere. All of it done in the name of commercial and share holder profits. The early religious human misdirection was of course completely disobedient to the basic underlying planetary reality. It was a blind willfulness that was forced upon greater humanity, by the likes of what we can still see playing out today in the Middle East, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Syria, Iran. It's a belief system that's infused with a strong inability to perceive the planetary truth, it's permeated with a callous indifference to the very biosphere authenticity that created each of us. That same planetary blindness holds true for most organized religions, Christianity, Judaism, Muslimism and Hinduism as well.

Through not wishing to discard ancient religious myths, present day human civilization, despite a rapidly broadening scientific understanding of the cosmos we are all pushed forth into. Finds itself still shackled to fairytale like religious yearnings, the thoughts of which are helping to distort and more importantly channel societies main driving impetus away from the planet's crucial needs. These "short sighted" human conceptions were the over wrought speculative hunches on the workings of our planetary reality, by our spiritually groping and then wilfully mislead ancestors. Sadly when it comes to the safe guarding of our biosphere's present day welfare. The inability we humans have of collectively not acknowledging simple fundamental planetary truths, and therefore rejecting false and inaccurate spiritual beliefs. Along with a pervasive religiously undermined "sightlessness", that untie able knot, which still has an outrageous stranglehold on much of the human spiritual thought process. A reality that remains humanities "Achilles' Heel". The destructive inability to see things correctly, and one that's now firmly imbedded and seemingly immovable in the spiritual ethos of this planet's supposedly "aware" species. Believing in an off world "God" reality, has become the instigator and indeed the main enabler of the insensitive commercially driven destruction of our planet's life supporting cosmic cocoon. After all, as ancient philosophies view this realm, "God" the maker, rules heaven and paradise and humanity rules the biosphere here on Earth. The truth however is very much different, the philosophy of off world "Gods" existing is that greatest lie our spiritual leaders have convinced much of humanity is true, and because of such a heinous untruth, we humans will end up destroying the planet's support structure. The only organic biosphere within our present reach that supports evolutionary impulsed planetary life. Eventually leaving our planet, once we have completely destroyed the biosphere, and moving to our close planetary neighbor Mars, is more of wishful thinking, than it is a true survival option.
